Custom Itinerary Design
If you want to experience a destination or region, we have access to preferred hotels, resorts, and villas along with suppliers for any component of your itinerary, anywhere in the world. We will design and propose options including, luxury accommodations, special and unique experiences, and transportation.
Our Professional Service Fees cover:
Professional Service Fees
Standard minimum of $500.00 up to $2,500.00 depending on length and complexity of project.
Standard Last Minute Booking Fees:
Bookings requested within 60 days of trip departure up to a 50% added service fee.
Luxury Cruise Planning
If you want to experience a luxury cruise, we provide preferred access to ocean, river and adventure options around the world. We will design and propose cruise itineraries based on desired ports, amenities and experiences. Our services include:

Requested booking within 60 days of embarkation requires a $250 Service and Management Fee
Pre and Post Cruise Itinerary Design
If you wish to add pre and/or post cruise itineraries that complement your luxury cruise experience, we will design and propose itinerary options based on your desired experiences, locations and amenities.. Our services include:
Professional Service Fees from $500, depending on length and complexity of trip
Last Minute Booking Fees: Bookings requested within 60 days of trip departure will have an added 50% Service Fee premium.
Additional Services
Air Booking and Monitoring
If you would like us to book and manage your air travel, we provide this as an add-on service to any of our trip planning services. Our Air Team provides direct access and preferred relationships to the airlines. You will have the luxury of no hassle booking and flight management through your departure. Our team provides quote options, flight booking services and reservation management, plus assistance with any unexpected schedule changes for a seamless, hassle-free experience.
Domestic flights: $75
International flights: $125
Concierge Services
Many of our clients take advantage of our experience and vast network of preferred suppliers around the world to have us plan and book activities during your trip. Think of this service as your personal concierge during your trip.
Research, booking, and reservation management for activities like dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, concert & theater tickets, location guides, and attraction tickets.
Hourly charges may apply for time to source, contact and book additional services. Standard $100/hour charged in 15 minute increments.
Accommodation Booking
If you would like assistance with researching, evaluating and/or booking accommodations, including hotels, resorts, and private villas, we have a global network of preferred suppliers with Virtuoso and Forbes Five Star access.
Booked complimentary when you specify the property and dates, and simply want to take advantage of our Virtuoso Preferred Partner pricing and amenities.
Research, planning and booking includes up to three recommendations. Confirmation of travel details and booking.
Research Booking: Flat rate of $150 (includes up to three options).
Last Minute Booking (<30 days): $100
Travel Insurance Booking
If you would like assistance with securing travel insurance, we have access to the best travel insurance options on the market through our preferred suppliers. We can provide quotes and secure the most appropriate options to protect your investment.
Complimentary service
Stress Free Cancellation
If you need to cancel your trip or trip components we provide stress-free cancellation processing for all trip components along with assisting you in securing any applicable refunds. Please kindly refer to our full cancellation policy in your Client Services Agreement and Terms and Conditions.

- Full access via phone and/or e-mail to your Travel Advisor and our on-the-ground partners.

- Management and documentation of all travel confirmations, future payment dates and any outstanding items.
- Delivery of finalized travel documents prior to departure.
- Monitoring of trip progress before, during and after; handling any issues and bringing a satisfactory resolution.
