SCHEDULE OF FEES
Custom Itinerary Design
If you want to experience a customized “bespoke” itinerary for a destination or region anywhere in the world, we will work with you to understand your vision and dreams, and then design and propose options including, luxury accommodations, special and unique experiences, and every component of your travel. Custom Itinerary Design also includes custom pre and post cruise itineraries. We will optimize your investment based on our access to Virtuoso and preferred properties and suppliers for any component of your itinerary, anywhere in the world. This service requires an initial Professional Services and Management Fee and covers the following:
- Review and discovery sessions regarding your vision and dreams for your trip.
- Our research and proposal process.
- Creation of a custom itinerary based on individual interests and budget.
- Booking all travel components.
- Management and documentation of all travel confirmations, future payment dates and any outstanding items.
- Delivery of finalized travel documents prior to departure.
- Web-based itinerary platform and app access.
- Monitoring of trip progress & issue resolution.
- Availability and access to your Travel Advisor and our on-the-ground partners during your travel.
- Virtuoso and preferred partner pricing and amenities where available.
Fee Schedule for Custom Itinerary Design: Standard minimum of $500.00 up to $5,000.00 depending on length and complexity of project. If you request a Custom Itinerary on a Last Minute or Festive Season basis, the following fees are added to your base Professional Service Fee for the project.
- Custom Itinerary Last Minute Fees: Bookings requested within 60 days of trip departure are an added $250.00
- Festive Season Last Minute Fees: Bookings requested within 90 days of trip departure are an added $300.00
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Air Travel Booking and Monitoring
If you would like us to book and manage your air travel, we provide this as an add-on service to any of our trip planning services or a stand alone booking service. Our Air Team provides direct access and preferred relationships to the majority of commercial airlines. In addition, we provide access to private jet services around the world.
You will have the luxury of no hassle booking and flight management through your departure and return. Our team provides quote options, flight booking services and reservation management, plus assistance with any unexpected schedule changes for a seamless, hassle-free experience.
Commercial air booking service fees:
Domestic flights: $75.00
International flights: $125.00
Air booking change or cancel fees: $100.00 (not including airline fees)

Concierge Services
Many of our clients take advantage of our experience and vast network of preferred suppliers around the world to have us plan and book activities during their trip. These include activities like dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, concert & theater tickets, location guides, and attraction tickets. Think of this service as your personal concierge during your trip.
Our services for research, booking and reservation management, including our availability for support during business hours are charged on the following basis:
- Concierge services on a stand alone basis are charged on an hourly basis at a rate of $150 per hour for our time.
- If you purchase a Custom Itinerary Design, Concierge services are included in our Custom Itinerary Design Fees (fees may apply for last minute bookings and festive season bookings as noted above)
VIP Travel Booking Services
If you know where you want to go or where you want to stay, we are happy to book your travel for you. If you need some help figuring it out we can do that too and then book it for you. Our clients have access to additional value and amenities they simply cannot get access to when they book travel directly on their own. You will immediately have the advantage of our Virtuoso and preferred supplier relationships around the world, and you will gain access to a wide range of value and amenities just by letting us book your travel.
- If you know what you want, just let us know the details and we will book for you and get you the maximum available value and amenities through our exclusive relationships. This service is always available and is complimentary.
- If you have a last minute booking request that is within five days of your travel date and requires us to research options for you, there is a $125.00 last minute booking fee.
Travel Insurance Booking
If you would like assistance with securing travel insurance, we have access to the best travel insurance options and rates on the market through our preferred suppliers. We can provide quotes and secure the most appropriate options to protect your investment. This is a complimentary service.
Travel Cancellation
We understand that life happens and clients have to cancel their plans from time to time. We want to make your cancellation process as stress free as possible and will assist with guiding you through cancellations. Our cancellation fees are listed below and do not include/are in addition to any applicable supplier cancellation fees:
Hotel bookings: $50.00
Cruise bookings: 10% of total cruise fare cost (including pre/post cruise bookings)
Custom Trip Itinerary: 10% of total trip cost
Transportation (not including air): $75.00
