Custom Itinerary Design
We are hired by our clients as professional consultants to carefully listen to their travel goals, create customized, inspiring journeys, and provide advice on all the components of travel. We specialize in designing customized, stress-free, seamless itineraries. Additionally, we are experts on luxury resorts, river and ocean cruises, adventure experiences, and high quality custom designed group tours. We can assist in choosing the right option to meet your travel dreams, then customize your pre- and post-tour arrangements.

We work with our long-term repeat clients who travel often on an annual contract basis. New clients, or those who travel occasionally, may hire us on a per trip basis.

Before recommending an itinerary, we invest time into getting to know our clients and their trip goals. Our expertise, research and commitment to knowing our clients well are key elements to a successful journey. For new clients, our cost for initial intake and Itinerary Design begins at $500 per trip for two adults or a family with young children traveling together. We may charge more for high demand seasons, request for travel within 60 days, additional travelers, groups, multiple destinations, or more involved services.

Itinerary and Trip Management
For retail travel products and direct hotel bookings, our compensation is paid by the hotel, cruise line or tour company, through the commission that is built into the price. For customized journeys, the cost of our services is typically built into the overall cost of the program. Upon our client's request we will disclose our fee separately for mutual understanding and trust. In the event we provide the trip net cost, we require our fee paid at time of deposit.

Air Travel Booking and Monitoring
We want our clients to have expert, up-to-date advice when purchasing airline tickets and 24-hour, proactive monitoring and assistance during travel for delays or cancellations. We have an internal Air Team who supports air route selection and booking company on our clients’ behalf. We find their services to be invaluable for getting the best schedules, premium, business and first class experience and pricing, and support while en route. There are additional fees for these services, ranging from $125-$200 per person for an international ticket.

If you would like us to book and manage your air travel, we provide this as an add-on service to any of our trip planning services or a stand alone booking service. Our Air Team provides direct access and preferred relationships to the majority of commercial airlines. In addition, we provide access to private jet services around the world. You will have the luxury of no hassle booking and flight management through your departure and return. Our team provides quote options, flight booking services and reservation management, plus assistance with any unexpected schedule changes for a seamless, hassle-free experience.

Air service fees:

• Domestic flights: $75.00 per ticket
• International flights: $125.00 per ticket
• Air booking change fees: $50.00
• Ticket Exchange: $75.00 per ticket
• Name Corrections after Void Period: $150.00 per person
• Voluntary Changes and New Ticket request (within 24 hours of departure): $50.00
• Expedited Same Day Ticketing: $125.00 per ticket
• After Hours Agent24: $25.00 per call
• Private Jet Service booking and management fees: 5.0% of quoted jet service.

Travel Booking Services
Our clients have access to additional value and amenities they simply cannot get access to when they book travel directly on their own. If you book any component of your travel with us, you will immediately have the advantage of our Virtuoso and preferred supplier relationships around the world, and you will gain access to a wide range of value and amenities just by letting us book your travel. If you have already selected your travel plan details we are happy to book your travel for you as a complimentary service. This includes hotels, resorts, cruise itineraries, and rail bookings.

If you need some help figuring it out we can do that too and you need us to research and provide you with options and proposals, we charge the following booking fees:

• Hotels, Villas and Resorts: $75.00 per room booked
• All-Inclusives: $100.00 per room booked
• Cruise Itinerary: $75.00 - $150.00 flat fee based on complexity and length of cruise.
• Ground Transportation & Rental Cars: $35.00 per booking
• Last Minute Booking Requests (within one week of travel date) may be subject to additional charges based on timing and complexity of request. Booking fees are due at the time of booking and must be made through Sojourn Travel Advisors.

Travel Insurance
If you would like assistance with securing travel insurance, we have access to the best travel insurance options and rates on the market through our preferred suppliers. We can provide quotes and secure the most appropriate options to protect your investment. This is a complimentary service.

Concierge Services
Many of our clients take advantage of our experience and vast network of preferred suppliers around the world to have us plan and book activities during their trip. These include activities like dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, concert & theater tickets, golf tee times, location guides, and attraction tickets. Our services for research, booking and reservation management, including our availability for support during business hours are $150 per hour.

Cancellations
We understand that life happens and clients have to cancel their plans from time to time. We want to make your cancellation process as stress free as possible and will assist with guiding you through cancellations. These fees are due upon cancellation of services/bookings made by Sojourn Travel Advisors and are automatically charged to your credit card on file. Our cancellation fees are in addition to any applicable supplier cancellation fees:

• Hotel, Resort, Villa and All-Inclusive bookings: 10.0% of booked full stay room rate after final payment date
• Cruise and Rail Vacation bookings: 10% of total cruise fare booked for cancellations made after final payment date.
• Custom Itinerary Programs: 10% of total trip cost for cancellations made after final payment date.
• Transportation (not including air): Complimentary cancellation
